Gardening Group Update
It was our third Gardening group at the wonderful Cedars Care Home – Barchester Healthcare this week and the raised beds are truly blooming. The sun was shining, the tools were out and everybody tucked in and had lots of fun as we continued to create this beautiful, magical garden.

Bourne Meeting
We hold regular monthly meetings in Bourne Corn Exchange on third Wednesday, 10am till 12 noon An average of around 20 people attend each of these groups. These informal meetings provide the opportunity for carers and cared for to get together over a cup of tea or coffee

Tai Chi Sessions
The Tai Chi sessions are led by Ray Pawlett, a former UK Champion, and are suitable for all levels of mobility. These weekly sessions running from 2pm till 3pm on Wednesdays provide gentle but beneficial exercise, helping with balance, coordination, breathing and flexibility.
